Julia Zaucha Second post (part 1)

Pt 1. (Pre-softball meeting) During one of the lectures last week, we started the class by talking about people we would like to punch. And currently, as I write this, I would really like to punch the creators of the husky cards to get into dorms because I am currently locked out of my freaking room. And the timing could not have been better because I have a meeting in 10 minutes. I am very angry as I write this and think that if they give us an electric key for our card they (the administration) should give us a physical key as well. This is more of an angry rant than a blog but I can't get into my current residence. I think I may also be mad because I am going to a softball meeting (or plan to go I will see if I can even get into the place so I can get my stuff). I love softball and this might be my chance to play again. But thanks to these stupid locks on our dorm doors of the Northeastern University, I am locked out and may never be able to fulfill my want to play softball again.
Pt. 2 (Post-softball meeting) Ok so spoiler alert from the beginning - yes I ended up making it to my softball meeting/ practice but it turns out it was both the dorm across from my room and my room that was locked out of our rooms. So essentially, husky cards were able to screw a bunch of people over. The husky card problem was not even fixed until around 10:00 pm (but I was able to get into my room with my RA’s physical key before then). But still, it was such a hassle to go the extra mile in such a time crunch.
Overall though, I was really happy after going to the softball practice and I am thinking I might just try out for the memories. But even now I would still like to punch that person because I had no business being that stressed on an average Tuesday night.
