Kamille Martin: Influenced by Remixes

After class, I thought in depth multiple times about the film. It caused me to rethink everything. The world around us is constantly: influenced by remixes.
What we do, why we do it, and how it is done can all be attributed to something that came before it. For example, even within our own school - there wouldn't be tradition after tradition if it weren't for the original event. At Northeastern, popular games such as "Beanpot" and fall nights such as "The Underwear Run", would not be around today if it wasn't continued by others. This brings up another important idea about our peers. Those around us contribute to our identity and who we are (whether we want them to or not, they do). Sometimes it's hard to look in the mirror and 100% know that you are your own person because truthfully, parts of you have been pieced together based on your experiences, the people you hang around, and your environment. Just food for thought.
